The recipient must have achieved a 2.5 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale in her high school studies. Applicant must have achieved a minimum GPA of at least a 3.0 (on a 4.0) scale in her high school. Recipient must have achieved a minimum cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) in his or her high school. Applicants must have actively participated in one of the performing or visual arts such as band, choir, dance, orchestra, theater arts, or visual art while in high school.
